COMMUNITY BOARD 2 HAS SCHEDULED A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE BSA APPLICATION1-09-BZ 39-01 QUEENS BLVD.

IN THE MATTER OF A BSA APPLICATION 1-09-BZ 39-01 QUEENS BLVD BLOCK 191 LOT 5 ON THE NY CITY TAX MAP. THIS APPLICATION IS FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A PHYSICAL CULTURE ESTABLISHMENT (PCE) / HEALTH CLUB AT THE PREMISES OF 39-01 QUEENS BLVD, SUNNYSIDE. THIS IS LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF QUEENS BLVD AND 39TH STREET. THIS SITE CONTAINS A THREE STORY COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE. THE FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH AN ENTRANCE ON 39TH STREET.

Comments will be heard from any interested member of the public who will have 3 minutes to comment. Written statements will be accepted.
