SUNNYSIDE / WOODSIDE REZONING – CITY PLANNING HAS UNDERTAKEN THE REZONING OF THE SUNNYSIDE / WOODSIDE AREA. THE STUDY AREA CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 130 BLOCKS, GENERALLY BOUNDED BY 37^TH AVENUE AND THE SUNNYSIDE RAIL YARD TO THE NORTH, BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY, THE NEW YORK CONNECTING RAILROAD AND 72^ND STREET TO THE EAST, WOODSIDE, ROOSEVELT AND 47^TH AVENUES TO THE SOUTH, AND 39^TH STREET TO THE WEST. THE STUDY CORRIDORS OF QUEENS BLVD, GREENPOINT AND ROOSEVELT AVENUE SERVED BY THE ELEVATED #7 TRAIN.

CAR SHARING TEXT AMENDMENT (N100284 ZRY) TO THE ZONING RESOLUTION WHICH WILL CREATE REGULATIONS TO ALLOW CAR SHARE VEHICLES TO PARK IN OFF-STREET ACCESSORY GARAGES AND LOTS AND IN PUBLIC PARKING FACILITIES IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS.

o       Vote on Proposed Citywide Text Amendment (N100284 ZRY) to the zoning resolution which will create regulations to allow car share vehicles to park in off-street accessory garages and lots and in public parking facilities in all zoning districts.
