IN THE MATTER OF NYPD SEEKING A LAND ACQUISITION TO OBTAIN A PARKING LOT LOCATED AT 59-63 54TH AVENUE. THIS PARKING LOT IS URGENTLY NEEDED DUE TO A SERIOUS SHORTAGE OF PARKING SPACES ALLOCATED TO THE FLEET SERVICES CENTRAL REPAIR FACILITY LOCATED AT 53-15 58TH STREET

LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMISSION APPLICATIONS- (LPC)

IN THE MATTER OF AN LPC APPLICATION FOR 50-16 39th AVENUE, SUNNYSIDE. AN APPLICATION BY RICHARD I. CHEN FOR RENOVATION OF EXISTING COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY. WORK TO INCLUDES INSTALLATION OF SPRINKLERS, WASHER / DRYER AND EXHAUST DUCT REPLACEMENT.
